    The goal of this position is to work with both new customers and acquisitions in order to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience with ICOA. This position will act as the primary point of contact in order to chaperone (project manage) new relationships across all aspects of the ICOA Sales, Operations and Financial organizations.   • Technical Call Center Representative (Warwick, RI)
    Provide troubleshooting support to wired and wireless customers in a 24/7 environment. Requires 2+ years experience in an inbound technical call center.


  • Customer Service Receptionist (Warwick, RI)
  • This position handles incoming calls to our technical call center and connects them to our support technicians for assistance. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, energetic "personality" to greet these callers. (read more...)
